What are the recommendations before the first contact with food?

Good manufacturing practices recommend washing carefully (with water, without using detergents: neither acid nor alkaline) and dry the tray or mold before using it.

Considering the durability of the pan, what type of coating should be applied to an aluminum pan for baking?

It is recommended to use a non-stick silicone coating, since our tray recovery process allows the removal of used silicone and the subsequent application of the new coating, without damaging the structure of the tray.
