What type of tray is recommended for IFS (International Food Standard) certifications?

As a general rule, we recommend using welded trays or any type of tray without rivets.

If I buy trays with a stainless steel frame, will I use more energy?

Yes, it will have a little more energy consumption, but the difference is not important, but if a tray with a stainless steel frame will have more useful life than a tray with an aluminum frame.  

What type of tray do I need to buy in order to produce hamburger buns?

The type of tray to choose will depend on the type of hamburger bun you want to produce, if the intention is to produce conventional hamburger bun, we recommend that you purchase a sausage tray. On the other hand, if you want to produce glass hamburger buns, we advise you to use flat trays with an aluminum frame and sheet.
