We offer two types of baking molds or batteries, according to the type of bread finish that the customer wants: sausage molds or folded molds.

We also have two types of bakery trolleys, depending on the purpose of use: baking trolley or tray.

Sausage mold

Embedded mold: the molds are made of 1mm thick aluminized steel sheet. There is also the option of a mold with a lid, made of 1.5mm thick aluminized steel sheet.

Folded mold

Folded mold: the molds are made of 0.8mm thick aluminized steel sheet. There is also the option of a mold with a lid, made of 1.5mm thick aluminized steel sheet.

Cooking trolley or tray trolley

Cooking trolley or tray trolley: trolleys made of stainless steel, with phenolic wheels that withstand temperatures up to 280o C (536o F). Customizable characteristics: number of guides, guides with or without stop, single or double guide and / or the thickness of the guide).
Cooking trolley construction: for ALL OVEN BRANDS.

What is the difference between folded and sausage molds?

The most important difference is the bottom finish of the bread. In the case of a folded mold, the slice of bread is totally square or square. And in the case of a sausage mold, the slice is rounded.  

Are there any technical problems that could affect the coating if bread with seeds, nuts, etc. is produced?

No, there is no technical problem that could affect the coating of the molds. 

What type of trolley should be used to bake bread?

Stainless steel cooking trolleys must be used.
